1. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping fee is R100 nationwide. Delivery to your door within 5 business days. All items will be shipped during office hours from 8am – 16:30. (Monday – Friday)

Your order will be sent as soon as payment reflects in the JOY bank account. If your payment reflects by 8am, your order will be shipped on that day. If your payment reflects after 8am, it will be shipped the next day.

2. Local Pickup

Address within East London, South Africa will be provided via email when selecting Local Pickup on checkout.

3. Returns & Refunds

Joy customers are welcome to return or exchange their order within 3 working days of receiving it, if dissatisfied in any way. We will not accept the return if the garment has been worn or if the swing tag has been removed. The customer will be able to exchange for an item of the same value, or receive a full refund. The courier fees will be for the customer’s expense.

4. Sizing

Our sizes range from small (8), medium (10), large (12) and extra large (14). Sizing is approximate.

5. Wash Care

Hand wash in cold water to avoid shrinkage.
